The application portal opens. Eligible organisations can begin drafting and submitting nominations across all 12 award categories.

All nominations must be submitted via the application portal by this deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Eligibility & Moderation
資格審核及審閱
The HKCSS secretariat screens submissions for eligibility. Nominators are notified of acceptance or rejection by email within 2 weeks.
Round 1 Judging Begins
第一輪評審開始
Independent judging panels score eligible nominations using the published criteria rubric. Judges access submissions via the judging portal.
Shortlist Announced
入圍名單公佈
3–5 finalists per category are announced publicly on this portal and through HKCSS social media channels.
Round 2 Judging
第二輪評審
Shortlisted finalists present to the judging panel. Judges may request site visits or follow-up questions via the judging portal Q&A feature.
Feedback to Finalists
向入圍者提供反饋
All Round 2 finalists receive structured written feedback from the judging panel — regardless of outcome.
Winners Notified (Confidential)

Award winners are informed in strict confidence ahead of the public ceremony.
Champions for Good Gala Ceremony
社會服務冠軍頒獎典禮
Annual gala dinner and award ceremony. All finalists and their teams are invited. Grand Prix and all 12 category winners announced. Venue TBC.
Public Voting Opens
公眾投票開放
Following the ceremony, public voting opens via the dedicated voting platform. All Hong Kong residents can vote for their favourite Champion for Good.

The Public Voting Award winner is revealed via a live announcement and press release.
